Supervised Ministry: Home

Welcome to Supervised Ministry

During Supervised Ministry courses, students are given the opportunity to integrate theory and the practice of ministry, explore vocation, experience leadership in the church and the world, and develop ministerial identity and competencies. This, of course, involves written and creative assignments.  As such, the Library provides support for the various specific research projects and technologies used. If you need assistance with project guidelines, please see your professor, but if you need research or technical assistance, please contact Dora Rowe.

Guide Specifics

This guide is designed to help you hone your research skills, not as a primer for basic techniques. If you need a more thorough refresher, though, please check out our Guide to the Research Process. Also, please don't hesitate to contact Dora Rowe (the Instructional Services Librarian on the Richmond and online campuses), Robin McCall (the Reference Librarian on the Richmond campus), or David Mayo (the Library Director on the Charlotte campus). We would all be delighted to help!

If you have a problem with a technical or platform issue (like trouble with Google, Word, or Zotero), however, please contact Dora Rowe specifically.
